Alexei and his wife Inessa worked with me for about 3 hours. She would choose from the clothes I brought, draping the material in creative ways. Alexei changed the lighting or background and captured the images. Every ten minutes, he’d rotate the computer screen so I could see how I looked. He’d quickly flip thru 15 or 20 headshots.
What I liked most is how willing Alexei was to give me what I desired. If I had wanted to hurry, the photo shoot would have come to an end in 30 minutes. By her choices, his wife also taught me which colors flattered me the most. I could see it clearly in the images Alexei captured.
He’s not the cheapest photographer---but he may be the best.
